EMIS - Employment Management Information System is a management tool used by the Public Employment Service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare for the registration of job seekers and employment management. The system serves as a tool for the PES to manage the data of unemployed, jobseekers, employers and training providers. The enhancement of the Employment Management Information System has been envisaged as one of the priorities in the Kosovo Employment Strategy and MLSW Sectorial Action Plan. The system will facilitate the work of the public employment offices and vocational training providers to better align their services to the PES clients.
This system enables the registration of job seekers according to different criteria, changing the status of the job, training and registration of trainees, employers’ registration, job vacancy registration, job- matching between the jobseeker and potential employer, and many other functions.
