Grants Management Software is web tool that serves for managing the process of subsidies or funding. The software was initially implemented for the municipalities of Prishtina, departments of culture, youth and sport and it is accessible online from the link http://krs.prishtinaonline.com. Through this tool:

• Administrators will publish call proposals in different phases and with different activities;
• Applicants have the opportunity to apply in Call Proposals;
• Commission board members will evaluate applications and make proposals for support
• Mayor will review and will take final decision for each application

Administrators

• Open Call Proposals in different phases
• Register member of commissions and mayor accounts
• Assign members of commission in call proposals
• Attach decision document in call proposal
• Generate decisions and contracts for applications
• Generates different reports and statistics for applications, appliers and budget
• Analyzes data using advanced search
• Publish legislation, list of laws, regulations and administrative instructions

Applicants

• Self-register with valid email address
• Complete profile as Individual, NGO or Business
• Navigate through open call proposals
• Fulfill the application form for interested/selected call proposals
• Apply to call proposals within the prescribed time limit
• View the history of all his/her applications

Commission members

• The account created by Administrator
• Assigned to call proposals by Administrator
• Must confirm reading mayor’s call proposal decision before continuing with application evaluations
• Evaluate all applications with a vote and comment
• If he/she is a lead member of commission
  • Propose budget for each evaluated application
  • Close evaluation of all applications for assigned call proposals

Mayor

• The account created by Administrator
• Review all applications and commission evaluations for each call proposal
• Review applicants requested budget and commission proposed support budged
• For each application, Mayor will
  • accept the proposal of the commission board or
  • not-accept the proposal of the commission board, providing another budget for support/not-support
• Provides reasoning for final decision of each application

• Records application history through each phases/process
• Creates a copy of applicant profile for each application

• Displays on calendar all activities derived from supported applications
