The Addict Registry is a software system (application with database) developed for the identification of addicts (drug users) for NGO Labyrinth. This software system is used for registration and generating of advanced statistical reports over drug addicts (drug users). NGO Labyrinth will have an exact and clear sight over Kosova’s drug addicts. The system has a high security due to client’s highly sensitive data.

This system runs on intranet or LAN, and has a centralized database. This means that all data are saved on the server, meanwhile officers (users) may log on from their PC’s through software’s interface without having to manage data on their PC’s. This enables unlimited parallel number of officers working parallel on the system. If needed, this system developed on the latest Microsoft technology can be installed and adapted for internet with secure access. This would enable registration on the centralized database from various locations and automatic production of various statistical reports for all data. The system is developed to be very functional, user-friendly and easy to learn by any officer. This system enables instant production of statistical report for the addict’s (drug users) for each year or all years, such as:

• Number and percentage by gender (male/female) of addicts.
• Average age of addicts
• Number and percentage of employed (employed/unemployed) addicts
• Number and percentage of addicts with family life (yes/no)
• Number and percentage of abroad addicts (yes/no)
• Number and percentage of first location of drug usage (inland/abroad) of addicts
• Number and percentage of imprisoned (yes/no) addicts
• Number and percentage of addicts that inject and that do not inject drugs
• Number and percentage of addicts with or without psychiatric problems
• Number and percentage of addicts with or without infections or health problems
• Number and percentage of tested and untested addicts
• Number and percentage of addicts that have or haven’t attended training
• Average duration of addict’s training
• Amount and percentage of addicts that consume and do not consume alcohol
