Funding Portal is a web software application that collects all available funding opportunities (Fundings) for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), with the aim to facilitate the connection between the donor community (Funders) and the civil society (CSOs). The portal is used in Kosovo by Funders to upload Fundings and by CSOs to download Fundings. The software was initially implemented for Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). This web application is accessible online from the link kosovofunding.org.

Funders:

• Register, by creating their accounts;
• Manage contact details;
• Register or upload fundings;
• Manage fundings content;
• Receives notification about interested CSOs;

CSOs:

• Register, by creating their accounts;
• Manage contact details;
• Subscribe for fundings notifications;
• Search for fundings announcements;
• Marks fundings as interested;
• Save fundings for later view;
• Register news and events;

Visitors:

• Search for fundings announcements;
• Search for funders and CSOs;
• View and share Fundings, News and Events;
• Subscribe to RSS for new fundings or news/events;

Administrators:

• Approve/disapprove funders and CSOs accounts;
• Approve/disapprove fundings;
• Register new funders and new fundings;
• Register news and events;
• Approve/disapprove news and events
• Register new area of activity and new location of activity;
• Manage Auto Approval Settings;
• Generate reports from portal and analytics;
• Manage portal settings and content;
