State e-portal is a platform that enhances the transparency of government work towards citizens by providing various information that is useful to citizens and businesses, is easy to use and effective in providing government services to citizens, businesses and government officials by enabling day-to-day tasks in all government institutions. In addition, the e-Portal enables officials to structure and speed up the requirements in order to be more efficient in serving citizens and businesses.

The e-Portal, in addition to public information and internal modules for government officials, also contains the contact centre module where all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo can ask questions, request for additional information in all institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.

The information that can be seen on the state e-portal is as follows:

• Geographic location of Kosovo including population number, declaration of independence, hymn and Kosovo flag;
• Kosovo Constitution;
• Kosovo Parliament;
• Presidency;
• Government;
• Kosovo Judiciary;
• Information about the Central Bank;
• Kosovo Diplomacy;
• Local administration;
• Security and protection;
• Information on services to citizens;
• Information on business services;
• Information on government services including systems such as e-Wealth, Driver's licenses, Human Resource Management, etc;
• Information about tourism in Kosovo including the gallery of tourist sites;
• Different Publications of the Government of Kosovo.
