Data Collection System is an integrated system for the purpose and provision of accurate and detailed statistical data for all University of Prishtina activities. The DCS aims to enable UP administrators to make informed decisions that would thus help achieve the objectives of the institute:

7. Assist in making strategic decisions at institutional level
The main part of the system is the management of applications, where all the work is administered and orchestrated. Application management serves as a mechanism that provides access to the modules and the design of work processes for all modules. Access to all modules is granted only through this mechanism, which through the security layer provides access based on managed and created roles (define the modules and operations a user has access to.
