Appdec has designed and developed Citizen’s Satisfaction Information System (CSIS) project for measuring the citizens' opinion electronically for administrative services provided by the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. CSIS is developed for Ministry of Public Administration with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Kosovo.

The primary purpose of this project is to ensure that the administrative services provided by the institutions respond to the needs and expectations of the citizens. Specifically, the aim is to provide administrative services to citizens as soon as possible, while respecting the set legal deadlines, to be at lower cost, and to provide services with high quality and transparency.

Estimates of citizens assembled in electronic form will, above all, enable increased accountability for administrative services and addressing in a concrete and coherent manner the eventual dissatisfaction of citizens.
